No. Come to race, support your friends, check out the motorcycles, enjoy the music, or spend the weekend camping. Riders, spectators, friends, and families are all part of In Dust We Trust.
Dispersed camping means camping outside a developed campground. Come prepared to be self-sufficient, respect posted restrictions and private property boundaries, and pack out everything you bring. You can review the BLM’s dispersed camping guidance before your trip.
Friday is the main arrival and camp setup day. If you’re camping on the surrounding BLM land, you can arrive earlier and set up on your own, subject to BLM access and camping rules.
If you purchased VIP camping, a spot will be reserved for you inside Mojave Ranch. Specific sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are two camping options: VIP camping on the festival grounds at Mojave Ranch and independently arranged dispersed camping in permitted areas on surrounding BLM land.
VIP camping puts you close to the Mojave Coop, food court, live stage, and festival activities. Dispersed camping offers the traditional desert race weekend experience in the surrounding area.
General camping is on your own on the surrounding BLM land, outside the festival property. You’re responsible for finding a permitted camping spot and bringing everything you need.
To camp inside Mojave Ranch, you’ll need to purchase an additional VIP camping spot. This covers your parking/camping space only—no hookups or additional amenities are included.
Bring your camping setup, warm bedding, layers, a windproof jacket, sturdy shoes, drinking water, sunscreen, a headlamp, a camp chair, and trash bags. Secure tents and shade structures properly, and bring the supplies you need to be comfortable throughout the weekend.
